OneFIT - Opportunistic networks and Cognitive Management Systems for Efficient Application Provision in the Future InterneT

Celem konsorcjum projektu OneFIT jest opracowanie i weryfikacja koncepcji oportunistycznych sieci radiowych zarządzanych i skoordynowanych z siecią infrastrukturalną za pomocą zaawansowanych systemów kognitywnych, celem zwiększenia efektywności przydziału i wykorzystania zasobów radiowych. Głównym pomysłem konsorcjum jest zastosowanie dwóch innowacyjnych koncepcji zwanych „Cognitive systems for Managing the Opportunistic Network” (CMONs) oraz „Cognitive management Systems for Coordinating the Infrastructure” (CISIs), w celu uproszczenia kooperacji pomiędzy siecią infrastrukturalną, a secią oportunistyczną. W ramach projektu OneFIT, zespół EIT+ ICT Research Center zajmuje się opracowaniem rozwiązań w następującym obszarze:
a) rozwój kanałów kontrolnych „Control Channels for the Cooperation of the Cognitive Management Systems” (C4MS) do wymiany informacji pomiędzy elementami CMONs and CSCIs, opracowanych na podstawie zintegrowanych oraz rozwiniętych koncepcji Cognitive Pilot Channel (CPC), Cognitive Control Radio (CCR).
