Professor Piotr Moncarz from Stanford University (USA) visits Wroclaw Research Centre EIT+
On Thursday (26th January, 2012) Professor Piotr Moncarz from Stanford University visited Wroclaw Research Centre EIT+.
His visit was ended with signing a cooperation agreement by President of EIT+ Management Board, Professor Miroslaw Miller with US-Polish Trade Council, represented by Prof. Moncarz, supporting joint Polish-American projects. The cooperation agreement will allow EIT+ to establish new contacts with foreign business and scientific partners from the US.
Prof. Piotr Moncarz holds a position of a Consulting Professor at the Stanford University, he is also a director of Top 500 Innovators programme, as well as a co-founder and president of US-Polish Trade Council – an organisation supporting cooperation between USA and Poland. He is a member of the National Centre for Research and Development Board, as well as Polish Academy of Sciences and Russian Academy of Technical Sciences.
Prof. Moncarz deals with issues regarding international industry in the field of new energy technologies implementation.
