EIT+ offer

The EIT+ Wrocław Research Centre is building a Knowledge-Based Economy in Wrocław and Lower Silesia. The activities assume the creation of strong links between the university and innovative economy and local self-goverments, attracting capital ready for investing in high-risk projects and creation of  business-friendly surroundings.

An extremely important element is also the openness of the scientific and economic environment to the over-regional initiatives and creation of connections with foreign partners, interested in co-operation with Poland, Lower Silesia and Wrocław.

The offer is directed at scientists and students, entrepreneurs, capital funds and self-government authorities who are looking for a chance in involvement in the activity of fast-developing countries of the European Union in friendly surroundings  which favours new, non-conventional and competitive projects. We will help you in this enterprise with pleasure.

The company is searching for scientific and economic partners as well as investors in the following areas of research and technologies:

- fine chemicals and formation of nanomaterials

- technologies and nanotechnologies based on copper and silver

- nanooptoelectronics, in connection with biological systems;

- biotechnologies and biomedicine;

- appliances for niche applications in medicine (medical diagnostics, medical imaging);

- phago-therapies;

- telecommunication technologies (technologies of cognitive radio, THz technologies, mobile wireless and sensor networks, self-organizing, optical);

- technologies which prevent climate change (clean energies, hydrogen technologies, low-emission technologies, water management, pure transportation).

The company is searching for partners interested in the following types of co-operation:

- investments in the R+D sector in Wrocław, including directly on the Pracze Campus;

- opening enterprises of high technologies, including spin-off companies in the areas of: nano, bio, ICT, climate: it is planned to, among others, capital involvement of the EIT+ company in this kind of undertaking;

- realization of joint scientific and research projects with the participation of research teams from Wrocław universities and institutes;

- co-operation with capital funds (venture, business angels) searching for interesting investment undertakings in Poland;

- representation of foreign entities in the R+D sector in the early phase of their presence in Wrocław and Lower Silesia;

- preparation and managements of projects of foreign partners of investment type, joint venture etc., including contacts with Polish self-government and government authorities, searching for scientific, economic, business partners, recruitment of employees;

- from 2013: realization of research and technological projects in modern laboratories on the Pracze Campus – unique  on a European science and technology park scale
